Our wood furniture is crafted from our exclusive Revotropix® Paulownia natural wood, which may showcase unique variations in grain, color, and texture. These characteristics are intrinsic to natural wood and enhance its beauty, rather than being considered defects. In addition, solid wood may expand and contract with changes in humidity and temperature, which may cause slight gaps or imperfections in the finish.We take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture, ensuring its durability and longevity. However, to maintain its original beauty, some additional care may be required.
By choosing our wood furniture, you acknowledge and embrace the distinctive qualities of natural wood. Please note that the appearance of the wood in your product may differ from samples or photographs due to natural variations. As such, we cannot guarantee the exact color, luster, or finish of any item.
Yes, our products will be delivered fully assembled right to your doorstep.
We recommend keeping our furniture out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can lead to fading and discoloration. Since our pieces are made from natural wood, extended sunlight can also cause the wood to dry out.
No, our pieces are unique and exclusive to Regen Concept.
Our pieces are proudly designed and manufactured in Malaysia.
We occasionally offer discount codes — the best way to stay informed is by signing up for our email newsletter. Please keep in mind that promo codes cannot be stacked or combined.
We do not recommend leaving your non-Outdoor Regen Concept products outside. Prolonged exposure to the elements can cause corrosion and some cosmetic wear and tear on non-Outdoor Regen Concept products. Additionally, we are unable to cover any defects or damages to any products showing signs of prolonged outdoor use on non-Outdoor Regen Concept products as it voids our warranty.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping through trusted couriers, J&T and NinjaVan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total volume / weight of the products, whichever is higher, as well as destination.
In-stock orders are immediately processed and once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking details via email.
If a product is a preorder item, the estimated delivery timeline will be noted under the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. If you ordered multiple products with different shipping timelines, your order will not ship until all products are available.
Should you wish the in-stock items to be shipped first, we highly suggest you to make a separate order.
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and the item’s availability. Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days. For customised or pre-ordered items, delivery times may vary.

In-Stock Items: Ship within 5 - 10 business days.
Pre-order Items: Ready to ship within 4-5 weeks.

Nope, you do not have to be home. J&T and NinjaVan can leave the packages on your porch in front of your house, or at the apartment building lobby if you are not home.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Additionally, you can track your order status on our website here.
If you believe that your order is lost, please reach out to info@regenconcept.com.
We partner with trusted third-party delivery service providers to handle all shipments. We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and successfully by closely coordinating with our courier partners to track parcels and ensure they reach you safely. However, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, we are not liable for any loss, miss-delivers, damage, or delays caused by our delivery partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups from Regen Concept as we do not hold inventory there.
Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition.
Reach out to us at info@regenconcept.com with pictures (including photos of the damaged packaging, if applicable) within 7 days of receiving the item. We will asses the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a repair or replacement. However, this does not constitute a refund or return.
